The Logistics Specialist, Inbound, reports to the Inbound & Outbound Logistics Manager, Global Logistics. This role coordinates merchandise movements to distribution facilities and supports freight compliance. It also assists Junior Coordinators, produces analytics, and contributes to internal process restructuring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate workflows between shippers and freight forwarders
- Respond to bookings and monitor required shipment dates
- Verify shipping documents, customs compliance, and payment timing
- Produce weekly vendor performance KPIs and reports
- Provide delivery visibility to distribution facilities and USA 3PLs

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in administration, supply chain, or related field
- Three to five years of traffic coordination experience
- Bilingual French and English communication required
- Robust computer skills and data synthesis ability
- CIFFA certification is an asset
