Serve CAA Members worldwide as a Travel Consultant, using customer service and sales skills to create exceptional travel experiences. Training is provided.

CAA Travel, part of CAA Club Group, welcomes experienced Travel Agents, current graduates, and career starters. You will provide travel services to Members and non-Members while maintaining accurate client records and files. Regular follow-up supports ongoing client service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional worldwide travel services to Members
- Serve non-Members with travel planning assistance
- Keep client records and files consistently updated
- Maintain organized client documentation
- Follow up regularly with clients

Requirements:

- Two to three years of customer service and sales experience
- TICO certification completed or willingness to complete
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Availability Monday through Friday, nine to five
