Community Living Essex County is seeking caring individuals to provide one-on-one in-home support to people with disabilities, offering families a much-needed break. The role is part time, typically after school, evenings or weekends, with flexibility and a focus on safety, inclusion and empowerment.
You will help with daily living skills, participate in community activities, and work with families to tailor support plans. A vulnerable sector check, driver’s license and insurance are required.
