Lead retail teams at Saje Natural Wellness through product knowledge, coaching, and exceptional community member experiences. This store-based role requires flexible availability.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager leads key aspects of store business performance. You will attract, train, develop, and retain Team Members while supporting strategies across People, Operations, Visual Merchandising, and Community outreach. Success includes managing KPIs and strengthening Saje’s culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attract, hire, and train committed Retail Team Members
- Coach, develop, retain, and provide feedback to direct reports
- Partner on annual and quarterly strategic growth plans
- Drive revenue, conversion, loyalty, traffic, and labour targets




- Uphold presentation standards and identify merchandising opportunities

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Deep retail experience with proven sales floor leadership
- Inspirational, compassionate leadership and strong business acumen
- Passion for wellness, products, and personalized customer engagement
- Versatile mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and blackout availability
