This temporary 18-month Everyday Banking Advisor prospect focuses on understanding client needs and providing personal banking solutions. You will advise retail personal and business clients on savings, investments, credit cards, and less complex lending. The role also includes referrals, digital education, community involvement, and secure information handling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized advice on personal banking products and services
- Guide clients toward savings, investment, and lending products
- Identify referral opportunities across ATB’s full service suite




- Promote digital tools and educate clients on usage
- Manage risk, compliance, privacy, and information security

Requirements:

- Two to four years creating remarkable client experiences
- One to three years in retail banking or similar fields
- Experience with loans or credit cards considered an asset
- Passion for sales and relationship building
- Post-secondary finance or business education, or relevant experience
