Manage Bourgault Industries accommodations in St. Brieux using organized tenant coordination, property inspections, and hands-on maintenance skills. This is a part time contractor position.

As Apartment Manager, you will oversee six apartments and two condo units serving employees, orientation participants, and newcomers to Canada. The work includes arrivals, departures, rental documentation, payments, inspections, furnishings, safety equipment, and property upkeep. You will communicate regularly with Human Resources and Safety teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate tenant arrivals, departures, and occupancy calendars with Human Resources
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections, walkthroughs, and key returns
- Maintain tenant records, rental agreements, payment records, and insurance documentation
- Coordinate cleaning,



furnishings, household supplies, and newcomer necessities
- Identify maintenance needs and coordinate Bourgault or contractor services

Requirements:

- Responsible, dependable, self-directed, and well-organized approach
- Strong communication skills and independent problem-solving ability
- Basic building maintenance and minor repair capability
- Valid driver’s license
- Availability for occasional after-hours and weekend tenant needs
