As Grocery Manager, you report to the Food Store Manager and plan the grocery department’s direction. You will support sales, margin, expenses, inventory, service levels, quality, and delivery timeliness. The position also includes training, development, coaching, and inspiring department team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute day-to-day grocery department tasks
- Plan the department’s operational direction

Requirements:

- Grade 12 education
- At least three years of relevant customer service experience
