As a Team Lead Registered Veterinary Technologist, you will work within VCA Canada’s skilled veterinary skilled community. The position welcomes new graduates with knowledge of physical examinations, catheter placement, radiology, venipuncture, and pharmacy. You will contribute to patient care while building your skills through mentorship and additional training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform physical examinations and assess hospitalized patients
- Place catheters and monitor anesthesia during procedures
- Prepare, assist with, and support surgical patient recovery




- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
- Provide compassionate care to patients and pet parents

Requirements:

- Completed Veterinary Technologist or Animal Health Technologist program
- Knowledge of radiology, venipuncture, and pharmacy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills and willingness to ask clarifying questions
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with colleagues and pet parents
