Advise leaders on employee relations and complex workplace situations with Intact through a hybrid work model. Use sound judgment, legislation knowledge, and solid communication.

As a Human Resources Consultant, you will support assigned business groups alongside a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Your work covers employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, investigations, and HR cycles. You will also contribute to projects, data analysis, and continuous improvement across a multi-site organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise leaders using HR practices, trends, and legislation
- Support performance management, conflicts, investigations, and sensitive situations
- Facilitate discussion groups, workshops, and information sessions




- Analyze exit interview data and recommend improvements
- Contribute to HR projects, initiatives, and process improvements

Requirements:

- University degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources Management
- One to three years in a similar consultant role
- Experience with employee relations in corporate environments
- Knowledge of human resources and labour legislation
- French and English bilingualism and Canadian work eligibility
