Serve Edson customers through retail sales, postal services, and point of sale operations at Canada Post. This temporary on-call role offers flexible shifts.

As a Retail Postal Clerk, you will support customer satisfaction across Canada Post’s retail and mail operations. You will operate computer point of sale systems, process financial transactions, maintain displays, and manage inventory. You will also receive, sort, sequence, and batch mail items while maintaining postal product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform sales and customer service activities
- Operate computer point of sale systems
- Maintain floor displays and control inventory
- Process cash, cheque, debit, and credit payments
- Receive, sort, sequence, and batch mail

Requirements:

- Customer service experience in a retail workplace
- Sales experience is an asset
- Production environment experience is an asset
- Flexible availability for varied shifts
- Ability to handle mail weighing up to 22.7 kilograms
