This CAE Engineer creates and documents modeling plans for engineering teams. The position initiates processes and tools using FEA and computer engineering software. You will support development projects, testing phases, and complex design analysis. Cross functional collaboration helps deliver products meeting company and customer quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform complex design analysis for current products and improvements
- Create finite element models using HyperMesh
- Conduct nonlinear crash analysis and correlate physical testing
- Perform stiffness and durability analysis using LS-Dyna and ABAQUS
- Advise structural improvements and support testing procedures

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Three years related automotive manufacturing experience
- Strong knowledge of HyperWorks, LS-Dyna, and ABAQUS
- Knowledge of CAD models and Finite Element Analysis
- Ability to interpret and present CAE results
