Coordinate avionics returns at Kontron Canada, managing RMA cases, repair flows, and stakeholder communication across regulated operations. French and English are required.

Reporting to the RMA Director, the RMA Coordinator manages the complete avionics material return lifecycle. The position connects customers, shop floor, quality, engineering, and customer service teams. It supports compliant execution aligned with contractual and regulatory commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate avionics RMA cases from opening through closure
- Monitor status, bottlenecks, priorities, delays, and WIP daily
- Prioritize cases with shop floor and functional teams
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
- Track KPIs and escalate critical cases

Requirements:

- Technical bachelor’s degree or technician diploma with relevant experience
- Experience in planning, RMA coordination, avionics operations, or MRO
- Knowledge of repair flows, traceability, and quality documentation
- ERP/MRP and Microsoft Office experience
- Fluent spoken and written French and English
