- Coordinate nursing and resident services within the neighbourhood
- Lead shift reports with the healthcare team
- Communicate changes in residents’ conditions

- Process physician orders and communicate implementation difficulties

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Geriatric, rehabilitation, or long-term care nursing background
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare legislation and regulations
- Registration and membership in valuable standing with the provincial registry
