Plan major civil infrastructure projects in North York with schedule management, progress tracking, and detailed project analysis for Aecon Civil.

Reporting to the Senior Planning Manager, the Planner supports effective delivery across complex infrastructure projects. You will coordinate work scopes, maintain schedules, analyze performance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. The position emphasizes reliable data, resource forecasting, and schedule integrity throughout the project life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Integrate work scopes into the total project plan
- Develop and maintain project schedules and calendars
- Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and status updates
- Analyze variance, float, trends, and schedule KPIs




- Coordinate schedule data across cross-functional teams

Requirements:

- Undergraduate Engineering degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Seven-plus years planning civil infrastructure major projects
- Experience managing complex project planning and scheduling
- Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 and TILOS
- SAP, Hard Dollar, PowerBI, or Synchro knowledge is an asset
