As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide individualized care at the City of Thunder Bay’s municipally operated long-term care home. Pioneer Ridge supports 150 residents with more than 200 staff in a warm, home-like setting. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide basic nursing care within established nursing programs
- Support resident participation in daily living activities
- Contribute to resident care plans and conferences




- Report and document physical and mental condition changes

Requirements:
