Bothwell-Accurate seeks a Re-Roofing Estimator for permanent, full time onsite work at 12260 Gypsy Lane, Winchester. You will estimate retrofit projects, review documents, assess roof conditions, and account for hidden damage, demolition, disposal, and updated building codes. The position reports to the Re-Roofing Estimating Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review plans, specifications, reports, and project documents
- Conduct site visits, core cuts, and moisture scans
- Identify structural issues, water damage, and substrate repairs
- Prepare cost breakdowns and detailed bid proposals




- Track scope changes and support project handoffs

Requirements:

- Three or more years of roofing estimating experience
- Specific re-roofing and retrofit project experience
- Knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation methods
- Blueprint, drawing, specification, and condition-report reading skills
- Valid driver’s license and estimating software experience preferred
