Lead advanced building repairs, emergency response, and preventive maintenance as a Senior Maintenance Technician overseeing residential property operations.

This senior role serves as the first escalation point for Standard and Junior Maintenance Technicians. You will manage priority issues, coordinate outside trades, and communicate building conditions to management. The work requires knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and physical plant repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage escalated repairs, stack issues, supply lines, and building shutdowns
- Coordinate first responders during emergencies and reset fire panels
- Direct maintenance teams during management or senior leadership absences




- Prioritize portfolio work orders and complete preventive maintenance documentation
- Coach technicians and enforce health and safety protocols

Requirements:

- High School Diploma; recognized college diploma preferred
- Minimum two years of industry experience or equivalent
- Knowledge of commercial electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Competence with general physical plant repairs
- Ability to manage multiple projects and after-hours emergencies
