Talize seeks a Retail Floor Supervisor to support daily store operations and exceptional customer experiences. The role oversees floor coverage, merchandising, registers, and loss prevention. You will also contribute to hiring, training, coaching, and employee engagement while following established procedures. Strong communication, business acumen, and attention to detail support consistent results and adapting to changes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead walkthroughs, task delegation, and daily floor operations
- Oversee opening, closing, registers, pricing, and floor readiness
- Monitor replenishment, organization,



and customer flow
- Train team members on POS, merchandising, and customer service
- Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and administrative tasks

Requirements:

- Three or more years of retail management experience
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Robust passion for retail and customer experiences
- Open availability for weekends, holidays, and closing shifts
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and push containers
