As a Bilingual Credit & Collections Analyst, you will own a customer portfolio and support credit decisions. The work includes reviewing credit reports, financial statements, payment histories, and customer data. You will collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Management, and customers to reduce delinquency and resolve account issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess customer creditworthiness and recommend credit limits
- Make order hold or release decisions
- Follow up proactively on outstanding account balances
- Resolve payment discrepancies and customer disputes
- Maintain records and recommend escalated account actions

Requirements:

- Bilingual English and French communication skills
- Two to three years of credit and collections experience
- High-volume B2B workplace experience
- Knowledge of credit analysis, collections, and risk assessment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems experience
