Factors Group are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our team in this onsite role in Kelowna, Lake Country Are you ready to take your career to the next step and join us, helping solve IT issues for our teams?

Address: 8155 Jim Bailey Crescent, Kelowna

Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday (40 Hours) - Onsite

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000

You’re positive at:

- With great customer service skills, you are happy to solve issues involving software and hardware
- Troubleshooting and solving or escalating issues from tickets from our ITSM, Freshservice
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users

You have:

- 2+ years experience in an enterprise support environment
- Strong knowledge of desktop hardware and peripherals, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.




- Proficiency in Windows Workstations and Servers, InTune, Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with MacOS and its integration into a Windows-based environment.
- A full drivers license and regular access to a vehicle to drive between locations
