About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, motivated,

and client-focused Business Analyst to join our growing consulting team.

In this role, you will connect our clients' business objectives with practical data, analytics, and technology solutions.

Working directly with client stakeholders, business leaders, project managers, and technical specialists, you will identify business challenges, evaluate opportunities for improvement, define requirements, and help translate business needs into measurable outcomes.

You will support projects involving business intelligence, data modernization, analytics, process optimization, digital transformation, and AI-enabled solutions.

Beyond traditional business analysis, you will help clients identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and maximize the value of their data and technology investments.

You will contribute throughout the consulting engagement lifecycle, from discovery and solution definition through implementation, testing, adoption, and continuous improvement.

This is a client-facing, billable consulting position requiring strong analytical thinking, business acumen, commercial awareness, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple engagements.

We are looking for someone who goes beyond documenting requirements. You should be comfortable challenging assumptions,

asking meaningful questions, identifying opportunities, and helping clients achieve better business outcomes.
