Lead warehouse operations at UFA through receiving, shipping, inventory movement, and safety-focused supervision. This full time role supports assigned shift schedules.

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will direct daily distribution-centre activities and frontline teams. The work covers workflow coordination, performance management, warehouse systems, and continuous improvement. You will make real-time decisions supporting customer and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead receiving, picking, shipping, inventory, yard, and AWSA activities
- Assign work to Senior Shipper/Receivers and Shipper/Receivers
- Monitor safety, service, productivity, quality, and operational targets
- Adjust labour, sequence work, and reallocate resources




- Coach employees and coordinate operational improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum five years’ related operational experience with frontline leadership
- Warehouse and distribution knowledge across receiving, shipping, and inventory
- Working knowledge of WMS, preferably SAP EWM/WM
- Flexibility for assigned day, evening, night, weekend, and peak shifts
