As Production Supervisor, you will oversee equipment setup, production startups, shutdowns, cleaning, and preparation. You will report to the Director of Operations while supporting quality, inventory, safety, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, train, and support four production staff
- Set up, start, and shut down production lines
- Adjust canning settings for pressure, oxygen, and product specifications
- Monitor quality, inspections, testing, and production issues
- Maintain records, inventory, safety, and improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Hands-on production or packaging experience
- Experience training and mentoring production employees
- Winery, brewery, beverage, or similar canning experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and robust problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and remain standing
