Summary

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, the Task Team Outfitter is responsible for executing visual merchandising plans, planograms, and flyer/ad sets on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

- - Support visual merchandising for assigned areas including fixture replacement, updating signage, updating end caps, floor moves, mannequin dressing, and prep and setup of merchandise for ads
- - Perform resets for assigned departments when required
- - Assist with merchandise purges when assigned
- - Perform replenishment tasks across departments including filling, folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, hanging, and locating items
- - Assist customers in finding merchandise and making buying decisions when working on the Sales floor during store open hours
- - Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

- - Two or more years’ experience in merchandising is preferred
- - High school diploma or equivalent




- - A combination of education and experience will be considered with hiring preference given to those with at least six months of merchandising experience
- - Ability to pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy of work
- - Ability to use good judgment and logic
- - Experience in a related field or outdoor lifestyle
- - Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s specific products is an asset
