Support Silk & Snow’s e-commerce website through merchandising updates, product detail optimization, and performance reporting. Coordinate digital improvements across teams.

As E-commerce Coordinator, you will support daily online-store operations while reporting to the Manager, E-commerce. Your work will include website maintenance, promotional setup, launches, analytics, SEO, AEO, and quality assurance. You will collaborate with marketing, creative, development, and UX Design teams to improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain navigation, landing pages, and website merchandising updates
- Review product detail pages for accuracy and optimization
- Prepare weekly and monthly e-commerce performance reports
- Coordinate promotions, launches, timelines, and site updates




- Support SEO, AEO, QA testing, and website improvements

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in Marketing, eCommerce, or related discipline
- One to three years’ experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams
- Comfort with Shopify, WordPress, Figma, and Google Workspace
