As a Communications Specialist, you will strengthen communication across GWLRA’s multi-residential portfolio. The work combines customer service, brand management, resident engagement, and content creation. You will collaborate with property, corporate communications, marketing, leasing, operations, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish consistent communication and customer service protocols
- Oversee general mailboxes and coordinate resident requests
- Audit brand adherence across portfolio communication channels
- Create advisories, posters, templates, and website content




- Report resident satisfaction trends and communication effectiveness

Requirements:

- Post-secondary marketing, communications, or related education
- Three-plus years of communications or customer service experience
- English writing and speaking skills; French proficiency required
- Analytical, strategic, creative, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Ability to lead projects and work independently
