As an Advisor, Early Careers Talent Acquisition, you will manage recruitment across internship, co-op, and current graduate programs. The work includes sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, campus events, and candidate communication. You will help deliver consistent, inclusive candidate experiences while developing attraction strategies and university partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned early careers programs
- Partner with hiring managers on needs and assessment strategies
- Build relationships with students, universities,



and external partners
- Represent CPP Investments at campus events and information sessions
- Develop structured interview guides and evaluation criteria

Requirements:

- Relevant university or college education
- Two years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Candidate sourcing and applicant tracking systems experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Flexibility to travel and attend events outside regular hours
