This experienced Patent Agent position focuses on supporting clients across intellectual property matters. You will advise on protection, prepare applications, and prosecute them through grant. The work also includes audits, due diligence, reviews, watch services, and client advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise clients regarding appropriate intellectual property protection
- Prepare and file patent applications
- Prosecute patent applications through grant
- Conduct IP audits and investor due diligence
- Draft arguments referencing case law

Requirements:

- Qualified Canadian Patent Agent
- At least two years since qualification
- Degree in electrical or computer engineering, mathematics, physics, or related disciplines
- Demonstrated technical excellence
- Patent drafting, filing, and prosecution experience
