As Business Intelligence Partner, you will lead analytics for Operations & Business Intelligence. You will develop a high-performing team, govern reporting, analyze financial metrics, and translate executive questions into measurable outcomes. The role supports business lines including retention, current business, and year-over-year performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own reporting and analytics strategy across business lines
- Oversee Power BI dashboard design, governance, and adoption
- Analyze financial metrics, forecasts, and year-end projections




- Establish data standards and reconciliation processes
- Champion automation and reporting workflow improvements

Requirements:

- 5+ years in business analytics, intelligence, or data analysis
- Applied Epic experience required
- Expert Power BI and advanced Excel proficiency
- Working knowledge of Python and SQL
- Degree in Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related field
