Chit Chats seeks a Branch Lead with potential on-call Driver responsibilities at its Port Coquitlam location. You will guide daily operations, support teammates, create welcoming client experiences, and help shipments move efficiently. The work combines branch leadership with regulated commercial driving duties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Keep branch operations secure, smooth, and efficient
- Support and motivate branch team members
- Process shipments accurately and efficiently
- Transport shipments and operate company vehicles safely
- Coordinate pickups, deliveries, manifests, and dispatch communication

Requirements:

- Two or more years retail, branch, or customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license maintained throughout employment
- Minimum three years commercial driving experience
- Clean CVOR and applicable truck driving knowledge
- Class 1 safety shoes and computer skills
