As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will process invoices, payments, sales tax coding, and month-end support. The role supports Genda Americas' North American amusement machine business, including Kiddleton, Premier, Player One, and NEN. Accuracy, organization, and ERP experience are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, log, scan, and attach vendor invoices
- Code invoices across accounts, entities, departments, and dimensions
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts
- Prepare weekly CAD and USD payment runs
- Reconcile vendor statements and respond to inquiries

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent experience
- At least two years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
- ERP experience; Business Central, NAV, or Dynamics 365 preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
