Healthcare Field Supervisors provide 24/7 support from Paladin Security’s Burnaby office while visiting Lower Mainland sites for incident management. The work emphasizes healthcare security, training, and quality control.
This full-time position supports healthcare operations afterhours as a Paladin Security representative. You will work with Health Authority stakeholders, emergency responders, and authorities on security-related matters. The role also covers security programs, KPI support, investigations, and staff guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Paladin Security afterhours on security-related matters
- Visit healthcare sites for incidents, training, and quality control
- Support Healthcare Security Officers, scheduling, and operations
- Investigate incidents and compile monthly statistics
- Recommend security and safety improvements
Requirements:
- One year of security industry experience, preferably healthcare
- One year of supervisory, management, or leadership experience
- Class 5 BC Driver's License and clean driver's abstract
- Knowledge of legislation, standards, privacy, and building codes
- Solid communication, Microsoft Office, planning, and problem-solving skills
