Support workplace health and safety at Amazon as an Onsite Medical Representative in St. Thomas, providing first aid and injury guidance. Work versatile shifts while supporting associates onsite.

This experienced position partners with the Workplace Health & Safety site manager, specialist, and Wellness Specialist. You will assess occupational and non-occupational injuries, advocate health principles, and refer care externally when needed. The position also involves OSHA regulations, risk analysis, records, and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first aid and referrals to outside medical providers
- Maintain associate care records, activity logs, and reports
- Coordinate workers’ compensation and return to work programs




- Coach associates and leadership on observed at-risk work habits
- Maintain supplies, credentials, and emergency care readiness

Requirements:

- High school or equivalent diploma
- Valid standard first aid with CPR/AED level A or C
- Provincial Primary Care Paramedic certification or nursing registration
- Ability to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to lift 49 pounds and stand or walk 12 hours
