Instructor development and on-snow coaching define this full-time seasonal Snow School Trainer role at Blue Mountain Resort. Support quality instruction from November through March.

Working with Snow School leadership and the Technical Trainer, you will deliver instructor training, mentor instructors, and support beginner learning areas. The role focuses on coaching, certification preparation, career development, orientation, onboarding, and consistent lesson quality. Training aligns with CSIA, CASI, PSIC, and resort standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead on-snow instructor training sessions throughout the seasonal training calendar
- Mentor instructors through feedback, coaching, and certification preparation
- Support beginner learning areas with on-hill coaching




- Maintain quality assurance across Snow School lessons
- Deliver orientation, onboarding, and on-snow training initiatives

Requirements:

- CSIA, CASI, or PSIC Level 3 or 4 certification
- Current Course Conductor, Evaluator, or Trainer status
- Experience delivering on-snow instructor training
- Strong communication, coaching, and mentorship skills
- Understanding of teaching methodologies and learner-centred instruction
