The Sales Supervisor is an hourly, commission-eligible sales-floor leader and keyholder. You will pursue individual sales goals, build an active client book, and support associates through coaching. Your work includes fashion styling, clienteling, visual standards, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver personalized styling and service reflecting Veronica Beard standards
- Generate business through outreach, follow-up, events, and community engagement
- Communicate priorities, organize coverage, and lead team touch-bases
- Mentor associates through selling, styling,



and clienteling coaching
- Open and close stores while following security procedures

Requirements:

- At least one year of retail sales experience
- Keyholder, senior sales, or retail leadership experience preferred
- Luxury or contemporary fashion experience preferred
- Strong styling, clienteling, and fashion trend knowledge
- Adaptable availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, openings, and closings
