Epic and Power BI analysis support evidence-based decisions at Lakeridge Health’s Whitby corporate office. This is a temporary full time, 12-month contract.

The Decision Support Analyst supports clinical programs and senior management through patient and hospital utilization data. You will extract, analyze, interpret, present, and disseminate data-driven insights. The position also strengthens SUD ICP dashboard quality and MHA-PDS metric submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain Epic reporting content and tools
- Design dashboards, reports, and metrics in Epic and Power BI
- Extract data from Epic and non-Epic SQL databases
- Investigate reporting issues and help implement solutions
- Apply data governance across reporting and data assets

Requirements:

- Bachelor-level degree in science, health informatics, or similar
- Three years of progressive data or analytics experience
- Epic reporting knowledge and required certification or certification eligibility
- Working knowledge of WTIS and provincial or national datasets
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, IntelliHealth, and Excel
