As Supervisor / Operator III, you oversee Water Treatment II, Water Distribution II, Wastewater Treatment III, and Wastewater Collection I systems. The role reports to the VP Utility Operations and supports regulatory compliance. You will supervise Junior Operators while managing inspections, sampling, troubleshooting, maintenance, and emergency response across resort utility systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, mentor, and work alongside Junior Operators
- Inspect facilities and check treatment equipment performance
- Adjust operations through sampling, analysis, and process control
- Lead emergency responses,



call-outs, and urgent repairs
- Maintain accurate operational and maintenance records

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of related utility experience
- Three years in a supervisory or lead hand role
- EOCP certification in a relevant utility discipline
- Proficiency with SCADA and Microsoft Office software
- Valid British Columbia Class 5 Driver’s License
