This contract runs through the end of 2027 within an outdoor apparel and lifestyle organization. You will support production and post-production workflows while managing creative content repositories. The work combines asset distribution, preservation, request coordination, and collaboration across creative, technical, and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support file backups, media organization, logging, and preparation
- Manage incoming asset requests and prepare delivery-ready files
- Maintain metadata, naming conventions, taxonomy, and file organization
- Monitor usage rights, licensing restrictions, integrity,



and archival requirements
- Improve asset tracking, automation, discoverability, and workflow efficiency

Requirements:

- Three or more years managing digital assets or media libraries
- Understanding of photo and video production workflows
- Knowledge of file formats, codecs, aspect ratios, and proxies
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications
- Robust English communication and organizational skills
