Coordinate womenswear purchasing for Mark’s through vendor communication, purchase orders, and seasonal style execution across assigned categories. Support accurate merchandising activity daily.

Reporting to the Buyer, the Purchase Coordinator supports buying teams and cross functional partners in executing merchandising strategies. Responsibilities span assortment execution, sample management, promotions, marketing, vendor communication, and business analysis. The role serves Mark’s industrial and casual apparel assortment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Buyer with daily assigned category functions
- Execute seasonal styles, master data, and purchase orders
- Manage samples, procurement, distribution, and submissions




- Create price events and coordinate advertisement proofing
- Analyze category performance using basic retail math

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One to two years apparel retail experience preferred
- Passion for fashion, retail, and current trends
- Solid Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
- Organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
