Lead Limpact’s afternoon manufacturing shift with production supervision, safety leadership, and real-time problem-solving from 3:30 pm to midnight.

The Afternoon Shift Supervisor leads production employees and connects the production floor with plant leadership. This hands-on supervisor manages output, staffing, quality, workflow, and employee engagement. The position also coordinates with maintenance and quality planning while supporting safe, organized operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead shift startup, assign work, and align priorities
- Monitor output, staffing, workflow, and production targets
- Address quality concerns and escalate issues when needed
- Coach employees through feedback and explicit expectations
- Manage attendance, timekeeping, overtime, and employee relations

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to five years of manufacturing experience
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of Ontario occupational health and safety regulations
- Microsoft Office and workforce management systems experience
