This hands-on Maintenance Technician position supports AROW Global’s manufacturing facility and production equipment. Responsibilities span infrastructure, HVAC, plumbing, compressed air, fire, security, and emergency systems. The work also includes extrusion, cutting, bending, pressing, and laser-cutting equipment repairs, with preventative maintenance helping minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

- Repair building infrastructure, loading docks, doors, walls, floors, and roofing
- Troubleshoot production equipment and perform mechanical repairs
- Maintain electrical systems up to 600V within guidelines




- Complete preventative maintenance and post-repair safety checks
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate external contractors

Requirements:

- Red Seal Millwright certification or equivalent considered an asset
- Solid mechanical and industrial maintenance background
- Electrical systems, motor controls, and basic machine wiring experience
- Logical troubleshooting skills and independent work ability
- Willingness to support on-call coverage and different shifts
