Process equipment rental quotations and contracts at United Rentals while serving customers by phone and in person. Coordinate deliveries and account activity.

This Inside Sales Representative role supports rental and sales accounts through customer service, pricing, dispatch coordination, and lead generation. You will serve walk-in and call-in customers, negotiate equipment rental and contractor supply prices, and communicate leads with Outside Sales Representatives. Attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts
- Establish rental and sales accounts with customers
- Negotiate prices according to pricing policies
- Dispatch delivery trucks and manage delivery expectations




- Generate leads and communicate them with outside sales

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills
- Robust multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
