As Carrier Sourcing Coordinator, you will identify, evaluate, and onboard carriers supporting seasonal and year-round demand. You will manage carrier relationships, monitor performance, and maintain transportation data. Your work connects carrier management, transportation planning, customer service, and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and vet carriers by region and service type
- Negotiate rates for competitive transportation pricing
- Onboard carriers under safety, insurance, and contractual standards
- Manage FourKites visibility, performance, and compliance monitoring
- Track KPIs, market trends,



and sourcing strategy adjustments

Requirements:

- Minimum five years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain
- Solid communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Excel, TMS, and logistics software proficiency
- Understanding of carrier compliance and transportation regulations
- Advanced English and French bilingualism; Spanish is a plus
