Pet Valu seeks an eCommerce Last Mile Specialist reporting to the Senior Manager Final Mile. You will monitor third-party logistics performance, support service level agreements, and troubleshoot delivery quality issues. The position focuses on reporting, cost management, and process improvement across eCommerce logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with 3PL providers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with SLAs
- Troubleshoot mis-ships, short ships, and package damages
- Support weekly reporting, queries, and operational analysis
- Identify cost opportunities across the last mile network

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- At least two years in supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment
