404 Veterinary Emergency and Referral Hospital seeks an experienced RVT for its Surgery department. You will work with surgeons and veterinary specialists while supporting anesthesia, perioperative care, diagnostics, and sterile procedures. The role also includes mentoring assistants and newer team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support complex referral cases alongside surgeons and veterinary specialists
- Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations and pre-operative diagnostics
- Monitor patients during sedation or general anesthesia
- Place catheters, administer medications, and support fluid therapy




- Maintain accurate patient files, medical logs, and inventory

Requirements:

- Registered Veterinary Technologist in positive standing or eligible for registration
- Emergency or surgical experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of veterinary pharmacology and advanced anesthesia protocols
- Technical skills in catheter placement and laboratory diagnostics
- Strong organizational, time-management, and critical-thinking skills
