As a Business Development Representative, you will generate recent Service Agreements in commercial, industrial, and institutional markets. You will evaluate facility asset costs, identify improvement opportunities, and qualify prospects. The role emphasizes pure business development rather than technical sales, supported by Black & McDonald’s proactive sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own a territory and generate new Service Agreements
- Research prospects with facility needs matching service offerings
- Set appointments and conduct discovery conversations




- Evaluate Total Cost of facility asset ownership
- Identify, qualify, and close improvement opportunities

Requirements:

- One to three years of successful business development experience
- Experience with financial sales negotiations
- Post-secondary business or marketing degree or diploma preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel
