Sell and lease new Volkswagen vehicles in Toronto using customer-focused communication, product knowledge, and relationship-building skills. This full time position is based at Yorkdale Volkswagen.

As a New Vehicle Sales and Leasing Consultant, you will guide customers from consultation through delivery. You will recommend vehicles, leasing, financing, and protection products while building long-term relationships. Success includes achieving sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build relationships with new and existing clients
- Qualify customers and recommend suitable Volkswagen vehicles
- Present vehicles, arrange demonstrations, and accompany test drives
- Present pricing, leasing, and financing options
- Negotiate sales and coordinate vehicle deliveries

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Automotive, retail, commission-based, or customer-focused sales experience
- Valid OMVIC license or ability to obtain one
- Valid Ontario G-Class license with clean driving record
- Solid communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
