Manpower is seeking a Mixer/Batch Maker for its client’s Production department. You will prepare, mix, and process batches according to specifications while operating production equipment. The work also includes material handling, records, equipment monitoring, and communication with supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate production equipment following processing instructions and procedures
- Prepare, mix, and process batches to specifications
- Operate forklifts safely for production material handling
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and data
- Report equipment issues or deviations to the Supervisor

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid forklift license or certification
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work orders
- Mechanical aptitude or relevant technical experience
- Ability to safely handle loads up to 50 pounds
