The F&I; Specialist achieves store sales targets by selling Finance & Insurance products and tracking performance. Responsibilities include business office duties, Sym-Tech process modeling, training, coaching, and account kick-off support. The position communicates updates and concerns to supervisors while supporting F&I; Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take turnovers and complete business office duties
- Sell F&I; products to achieve store sales targets
- Model the Sym-Tech F&I; process with clients
- Administer F&I; process core competency tests
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates

Requirements:

- Business, Finance, or Sales Manager experience
- Preferably three or more years in F&I;
- Recent car automotive retail results in F&I;
- Excellent communication, training, coaching, and relationship skills
- OMVIC certification required in Ontario
