This Dietary Worker serves patients while coordinating meal service information with other departments. The work includes answering phones, recording orders, addressing nutritional questions, and directing calls appropriately. You will work with doctors, nurses, and Food & Nutrition teams to support accurate patient nutrition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer patient calls about meals and nutritional needs
- Take menu orders and record them using software
- Apply therapeutic diet knowledge when processing meal orders
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and Food & Nutrition teams
- Protect privacy, safety, dignity, and confidentiality

Requirements:

- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Food service or dietary clerk experience preferred
- Fluent English communication; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Food Handlers certificate required
- Comfort using web software, keyboards, and telephone headsets
